Can I modify the products myself?

Above all, we recommend that you do not modify the catalog or the products or categories because these are synchronized with Online Wholesaler in real time and could disrupt the proper functioning of your online store.

Can I change the price of a product manually?

Yes, you can modify the price of a product manually in the catalog, it will not be overwritten by automatic synchronization.

However, if Grossiste-en-Ligne on its side modifies the price of this same product then it will be overwritten at the next automatic synchronization.

Finally, we remind you that the module allows you to add a % automatically to ALL the product catalog without having to do it manually one by one. You can also modify the % on an entire category differently from another category, go to the DROP > CONFIGURE > CATEGORY module then on the right you have the MARGIN column with the % on each desired category.

How long does it take to synchronize all Online Wholesaler products?

The module synchronizes about 250 products per hour so as not to slow down the server on the online wholesaler side but also on your side. It takes about 3 to 4 days to obtain ~ 18,000 product references with all the photos on your store.

What is a CRON task?

The CRON task is a command line which, much like a Robot, will execute an order given to it. It is therefore important to set it up so that the Robot can synchronize the Online Wholesaler catalog as well as these orders. You will find the CRON task of your site on the INFORMATION tab of your module (see screenshot below) which you must then create on your host (OVH, IONOS, PLANETHOSTER, etc.) every day, every 30 minutes.

I followed all the procedure but when I click on synchronize my order I have the following error which is displayed "Error 1015 dropshipper whithout bilingual profile".
This means that on your Online Wholesaler listed seller account you have not entered a billing address or that it is incomplete. Contact us if the problem persists.

Can I sell products other than Grossiste-en-Ligne?

Yes, absolutely, you can create new products from suppliers other than Wholesaler-on-Line on your PrestaShop store.
However, if a customer adds 1 product from Grossiste-en-Ligne and another product from Supplier B to his basket, your customer will pay the shipping costs only once, but don't forget that in the end you will have to deliver 2 packages, so probably you are going to have to revise the prices to compensate for the loss.

Finally, the dropshipping module when synchronizing the order will not take the product from supplier B, so no problem synchronizing the order even with products that are not from Grossiste-en-Ligne.

How do I update my DROPSHIPPER module?

To update the Online Wholesaler DROP module follow this procedure:
Download from your Dropshipper account the latest version of the V.1.1.0 module orby clicking herethe ZIP file > then unzip it on your computer.

  1. Use a FileZilla FTP client
  2. Connect to your site's server
  3. Go to the MODULE>DROPSHIPCLIENT folder
  4. Replace all existing folders/subfolders and files with the latest version present on your computer(*be careful not to delete but to REPLACE them)
  5. Once finished go to the Back-Office of your store look for the Client Drop module and you will see an UPDATE button click on UPDATE
  6. Congratulations it's over your module has been updated and none of your settings have been modified

Important information about your password

When you modify or regenerate your password for your Dropshipper account on Online Wholesaler, you interrupt any connection between your store and ours! You must therefore prevent this from happening and if it happens you must quickly replace the password on the module as below

Can I sell in the DOM-TOM?

For reasons of carriers that are not our responsibility, only Colissimo offers delivery in the DOM-TOM.

The disadvantage is that for computer management reasons it was not possible for you to synchronize your orders for the DOM-TOMs, so once the order has been validated by your customer, go to your Dropshipper account directly. on the Grossiste-en-ligne.com website and place the order manually and enter the customer's address for delivery by Colissimo.
